Modoa provides interior design services. These services may include, but are not limited to, space planning, furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) selections, client and contractor consultations, site visits, plans, elevations, and drawings. 

All electrical, mechanical, architectural, and engineering contractual work includes a cost-plus fee. Estimates are per project, with personal-shopping fees based on an additional hourly rate.
